I've worked at a desk my entire adult life. The sedentary lifestyle of an IT nerd tried to take me out these past couple years, but I just won't have it. Under the supervision of a physiotherapist, nurse practitioner and nutritionist, I'm fixing me. I'm a few months in and already feeling changes in endurance, strength, and even emotional state. Sciatica pain persists, but the times of relief are getting longer and more frequent. Let's see how much this changes me over the course of a year!
